I will come to your home to evaluate the scope of the project and there are many variations to consider. The size of the home, the number of occupants, if any pets and number of items to dust. Then we discuss what timeline will or will not work for you. Then I go back to the office and find you a spot that will stay consistent. I never arrive at your home with dates, I do not want to pressure anyone into booking.

And because of scent sensitivity, our products leave no odors.

Our products have been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency

The first time clean always takes our cleaners much longer than a house that is part of our regular schedule. This is due to cleaning every surface as outlined in our checklist below.

We realize that clean people hire cleaners, but there is still a substantial amount of time invested to clean all of these areas in a professional manner.

Customer Loyality
We always give a considerable discount on our Intial Clean for your customer loyality.

After our initial clean we show on our invoice the full amount of hours spent in your home, the amount of the possible discount, and the difference between the two values.

This option is typically predetermined during our site visit, but if it is not it is offered at the time of the clean.

We require a credit card on file if you would like to take advantage of our Customer Loyality Discount.

This discount is typically a substantial amount and it is designed to assist you with the initial cost and Above All Cleaning the opportunity to gain another satisfied customer. 

You, as a client you agree to maintain a regular schedule for a minimum of 10 cleanings. If you cancel your service before the 10 cleans have been completed, as agreed we will  charge your credit card the full amount of your intial clean.

After our free in home consultation, we have a 

pre-determined flat rate time frame for cleaning in your home that is divided by the number of staff that arrive. 

Our clients are still getting the same value regardless of the number of cleaners that arrive.
As An Example: 
IF your house was a 3 hour clean
2 cleaners would be there 1.5 hours (2 x 1.5 = 3hrs
3 cleaners would be there 1 hour (3 x 1 = 3 hrs

Above All Cleaning has established a teamwork system that the duties are divided equally among the staff, so there is no idle staff member or backtracking. Plus each staff member times in and out therefore you pay only for time spent from arrival to exit of your home.
This also equates into less real time in your home, meaning if you leave your home specifically for the cleaners it would not be for the full three hours that was outlined in the example.

Safety is always the number one concern for our staff. 
Therefore in our residential division, our staff never work alone. At Above All Cleaning we have perfected the meaning of teamwork. We work in teams of two and three in a home, having more than three cleaners is not productive to the client.
